SIGN UP TO ENTER A WORLD OF VIRTUAL NEUROSCIENCE AND INTEGRATIVE SPATIAL BIOLOGY
Vibraint is an abbreviation of virtual brain technologies and at the core of our business is our virtual brain viewer, CNS-VoyagerTM. Here you can browse data from many different imaging modalities ranging from spatial transcriptomics maps, neural activity maps and connectivity maps in both 2D and 3D. You can even integrate open source data into your own data sets. We call this integrative spatial biology!
The beta version of the CNS-VoyagerTM is ready for testing in the first week of January 2026 and we are looking for innovative neuroscientists from both academia and industry to try it out.
Sign up here to become a beta tester of CNS-VoyagerTM, Vibraint's virtual brain viewer for integrative spatial biology.
Switch easily between 3D and 2D views of the brain
Use the navigation buttons at the top to switch easily between 3D and 2D views

Choose any anatomical region
In the anatomical navigation panel you can choose any anatomical brain region or simply click on a brain region in the 2D mode
Choose between different data sets
From the data panel you can import different data sets. These can be spatial transcriptomics maps, neuronal activity maps or connectivity maps. At the moment you can select between 30 different maps, but eventually you will be able to pick between thousands of maps

Export images or in vivo coordinates
In the viewer you can export any image for sharing or use in presentations
Real time tracking of in vivo coordinates allows you to quickly convert ideas into in vivo experiments
